Corporate/Workplace Yoga

Many employers, regardless of industry or size, are adopting a positive and proactive approach to the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees by offering yoga in the workplace. In doing so the employer is helping to ensure the health and safety of their employees at work, and also comply with EU working time regulations.

Corporate Yoga can reduce stress, sickness and absence, and, in turn, increase employee commitment, performance, productivity and morale. This has a positive effect on the efficiency and profitability of the business.

Specifically yoga in the workplace can:

  • Relieve back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Improve posture
  • Boost the immune system
  • Increase energy levels
  • Relieve insomnia
  • Improve focus, concentration and memory
  • Foster a calm state of mind
  • Relieve stress.

Workplace yoga sessions are generally 45 or 60 minutes long and all that is required is a room big enough to accommodate the participants.
